I build and run systems across five areas that keep turning out to be the same problem wearing different clothes: robotics, high-performance computing, AI serving, privacy, and storage.
Most of the work here starts with a specific constraint — a GPU that is too small, a fleet whose glibc versions do not match, a context window that runs out before the conversation does — and ends with something that runs on hardware I own.
How this site works
Nothing on the project pages is written in WordPress. Each repository carries a docs/showcase.md file with structured front matter and a fixed set of sections, and the site reads it on a schedule. The write-up lives with the code, under version control, and the site is only a rendering target.
That means the roadmap, the pitfalls and the lessons-learned sections are authored in the same pull request as the change they describe. If a page here looks stale, the repository is stale.
